The Annual Membership Golf Scramble

will be held on August 4th 2011 at the Meridian Sun Golf Club.  Check-in will begin at 1PM and the shotgun start is at 1:30PM.  The cost is $25 per golfer, and includes 9 holes of golf, cart, meal, beverage, and door prize tickets!  Feel free to organize your own foursome, or simply fill out the form and we will match you to a team.  There will be golfers of ALL levels participating, so don't be shy!
